Challenge
A portfolio of C# applications needed a defensible way to decide what to rebuild, retire, or keep, and a platform the internal team could govern once we left.
Approach
Created an assessment framework to evaluate the portfolio, modernized selected applications with canvas and model-driven Power Apps, Power Automate, Logic Apps, and Dataverse, set up GitHub Actions-based ALM, and ran governance sessions to define the environment strategy and enable the CoE Starter Kit.
Outcome
Selected applications live on Power Platform with ALM in place and a Center of Excellence the health system owns.
